Prize Schedule
Prizes are valued at $2,000 and include 18 $25 gift cards, 15 $50 gift cards, and 8 $100 gift cards. You’ll have the opportunity to select a gift card from local or national brands using Giftogram.
Please note: Prizes may be subject to applicable taxation which will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
April
- April 5 - Drawings for three $25 gift cards, three $50 gift cards, and one $100 gift card
- April 12 - Drawings for three $25 gift cards, two $50 gift cards, and one $100 gift card
- April 19 - Drawings for three $25 gift cards, two $50 gift cards, and one $100 gift card
- April 26 - Drawings for two $25 gift cards, two $50 gift cards, and one $100 gift card
May
- May 10 - Drawings for two $25 gift cards, two $50 gift cards, and one $100 gift card
- May 24 - Drawings for two $25 gift cards, two $50 gift cards, and one $100 gift card
June
- June 14 - Drawings for two $25 gift cards, one $50 gift card, and one $100 gift card

Rules
- The dates of the drawing are the actual days on which you need to submit your completed survey to be automatically entered in the prize drawings. For example, you need to submit your completed UCUES by 11:59pm of April 5 to be automatically entered in the first drawing.
- You will be automatically entered in all drawings subsequent to the date you submit your survey. In other words, if you submit your survey on or before April 5, you will be included in every prize drawing.
- Winners will be notified via email within four business days of the prize drawing. Please keep checking our website for our new winners.
